Today we practiced answering questions about the book, Pete the Cat- I Love My White Shoes. Then we made Pete with our favorite shoe color. We sorted words based on the number of syllables it had and then we discovered that a syllable has at least one vowel in it. We wrote about something of our choice and we had math rotations today. We played number bond games on the computer. We learned about Base-10 blocks and we conducted a survey.
Homework- Read the decodable reader and add it to your book box. Read your just right book. Practice your spelling words.
